About The Consultant
Dr. Kyla Vanchieri
Meet Dr. Kyla Vanchieri, Project Manager and Principal Consultant of MTC Consulting. Dr. Vanchieri started MTC in July 2022, where she pursues her passion in helping others achieve success in their careers. To Dr. Vanchieri, MTC means there is room for improvement, space for development, more to your story... more to come. Through MTC, Dr. Vanchieri provides consulting services to individuals seeking to advance themselves in their professional careers, through professional image consulting. She also offers services to businesses that need assistance with projects, and assistance with improving employee performance and employee relations.
Dr. Vanchieri obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Towson University. She then pivoted to business studies and obtained her graduate degrees in Business and Technology Management, Leadership, and Project Management, at Stevenson University and Walden University. During her doctorate program, she conducted research on strategies Human Resources personnel use to anticipate and react to changes in employment laws, to avoid compensatory and punitive damages.
Dr. Vanchieri has ten years of project management experience. She is also PMP certified.
She resides in Maryland where her and her husband raise their four boys.
